RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Aesthete Home. If your item is broken or damaged during transit, we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle or refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return address and form. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Aesthete Home will not be responsible for any returns not packaged properly that are broken in transit. Any items broken in transit due to customer fault will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, all shipping costs on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer and are not payable by Aesthete Home. Aesthete Home requires all returns to be sent via a secure and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Aesthete Home.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Australian Standard Shipping for orders under $100 = $10.50 AUD
  • Australian Standard Shipping for orders over $100 = FREE
